Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”) that enables users (“you” or “Users”) to request and purchase available tee times at participating private golf clubs across the United States.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.Description of Service
BagDrop provides a platform that facilitates requests to play at private golf clubs. Approval of requests is at the discretion of the individual clubs. We are not a golf club, nor do we guarantee access or availability of tee times.Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:- Use the Service to violate any local, state, or federal law of regulation.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Booking Requests and Club Policies
When you submit a request to play at a private club, you agree to abide by the rules and etiquette of that club. Clubs reserve the right to deny any request for any reason. Failure to comply with club policies may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.Fees and Payments
Some features of the Service may require payment. All fees will be disclosed prior to booking. You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method.Cancellations and Refunds
After being accepted to play, guests may cancel their tee time request without penalty up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. Any cancellations that take place within 72 hours of the scheduled tee time will be subject to a 50% penalty. If a golfer no-shows a tee time without requesting to cancel, the host course reserves the right to retain 100% of the agreed upon cost for the round. Please be aware that host courses may cancel their tee time at any point. If you have questions, please contact the professional staff at the host course.Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Service, including trademarks, logos, and software, are property of BagDrop and/or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.Disclaimers
We do not guarantee access to any specific golf club or tee time. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for the actions or decision of participating clubs.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BagDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the app or through other communications. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.Contact Us
